at my home on 6/25/2011. Well over a month ago, I contacted you from your advertisement on Craigslist. From
my tedious search of a contractor that would not only install the system, I am elated that I came to find your
company as the one that would ultimately do the work. The week I contacted you back in May of 2011, my first
impression was how surprised that you were not only on time, but knowledgeable and on time with your
appointment to do the initial analysis of the services I needed. Over the past year, I have encountered many
frustrating experiences locating contractors and service people who would not only honor their word, but provide
professionalism in the process. When you arrived, you not only educated me on the level of service I would receive
but you exceeded my expectation of the services your company rendered. On the day of service, you arrived on
time and ready to perform the necessary tasks to get my HVAC system installed. Along with yourself, the staff
