at my home on 6/25/2011. Well over a month ago, I contacted you from your advertisement on Craigslist. From
my tedious search of a contractor that would not only install the system, I am elated that I came to find your
company as the one that would ultimately do the work. The week I contacted you back in May of 2011, my first
impression was how surprised that you were not only on time, but knowledgeable and on time with your
appointment to do the initial analysis of the services I needed. Over the past year, I have encountered many
